- 12th Pass / Graduate / Post Graduate (Any Stream)
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Candidates must have excellent English communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries efficiently through Chat and Email
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and customer-focused resolutions
- Maintain high standards of written communication and service quality
- Support order management and related customer service activities

Preferred Skills:





- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong email writing and customer service skills
- Prior experience in Order Management or Customer Support will be an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 247 operational environment
