- Day to Day Working on Oracle Fusion HRMS System to upkeep employee journeys and records
- Employee Relations and day-to-day Engagement Activities
- Working on Process/ Policy Documentation
- Managing Employee Performance
- Managing Employee Documentation
- Working on Organizational Events Planning/ Execution Etc.
Candidate Must Have Skills:
- Candidate must have excellent English Verbal and Writing Skills
- Candidate must have prior experience of working on any HRMS/ HCM Eg: Workday, Success Factors, Oracle Fusion Etc.
Candidate Preferred to Have Skills:
- Candidates who have knowledge/ work exposure on HR Statutory Compliances will be preferred
- Candidates having knowhow/ experience in Oracle Fusion will be preferred
