Full Stack Developer (Risk Reporting)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and enhance secure, scalable, and high-performing applications for enterprise Risk Reporting platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, cloud technologies, SQL, and modern software engineering practices. Experience in financial services or risk reporting is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications.
- Build secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions using Java and modern frontend frameworks.
- Angular/React as a Backend
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
- Design and optimize relational database queries, views, and stored procedures.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
- Develop and support data solutions using Databricks.
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application stability and performance.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute throughout the SDLC.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.




- Apply secure coding standards and software engineering best practices.
- Utilize enterprise-approved AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, and QA teams.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Solid programming skills in Java and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with Angular and/or React.
- Experience developing REST APIs and Microservices.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, queries, views, and stored procedures.
- Experience with AWS Cloud services.
- Exposure to Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
- Hands-on experience with Databricks.
- Hands-on experience with Azure
- Strong understanding of System Design and Design Patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Experience in production support, debugging, and application resiliency.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor).
