- Define architecture standards, governance, security, and best practices.
- Architect integrations and data flows for entitlement management.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Drive solution reviews, testing strategy, deployment planning, and release governance.

Preferred Experience:

- ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certifications.
- Experience in customer service workflows, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
