We are currently hiring Accountant for one of our client.

Job Title: Accountant

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Education: CA Inter (Intermediate), B.com Preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the hospital's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, and hospital finance. The role requires accuracy, integrity, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits. Monitor revenue, expenses, and departmental cost controls.
- Verify vendor payments, patient billing reconciliations, and inventory-related accounting.




- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making reports.

Qualifications

- Minimum Qualification: CA Inter (Intermediate)
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce ( B.Com ) or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

- 3 - 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
