- Ensure the availability and performance of databases supported by the team
- Ensure services are secure with minimal downtime
- Provide proactive monitoring of database system
- Provide customer health checks as required
- Take on Current Technologies as the Company requires
- Be a Techical Escalation point for more Junior members of the team.
- Drive Automation and application of Standards to reduce the volume of incidents
- Act as the technical point of contact for Data Intensitys customers on all project-based work.
- Evaluate technical strategies for projects, collect hardware and software requirements, and recommend solutions to complex database problems.
- Effective planning, accurate estimation, quick resolution & root cause analysis, knowledge base update
- Ability to lead and contribute to technology requirement on multiple projects/accounts
