Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with strong expertise in H1B Transfers and US IT Staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC consultants to vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Handle H1B Transfer requirements and consultant placements.
- Source current requirements through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Negotiate rates and close placements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end placement process.
- Follow up with clients and consultants until onboarding.




- Achieve monthly placement targets.
