including at least 4 years leading ateam.Background – any of the followingInstitutional equities operations at a domestic or foreign broking housePost-trade, settlements or middle-office leadership at a custodian bankInstitutional operations at a full-service broker with an FPI-heavy client basePrime brokerage or clearing operations with Indian market exposureMust haveDeep, hands-on command of the Indian institutional settlement cycle across cash equities and F&ODemonstrated; ownership of custodian relationships and custodian-settled institutional tradesWorking experience of the STP environment – NSDL, NSE.IT, Omgeo / DTCC CTM or equivalent matching platformsPractical experience of FPI, FDI and DII account opening and the institutional KYC frameworkCommand of SEBI, exchange and depository regulations relevant to institutional brokingStrong written and verbal English, with the confidence to face off directly against global counterparts.
