Location: MaharashtraExperience: Minimum 3 YearsIndustry: Travel & TourismAbout the Role : Flamingo Transworld Private Limited is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Group Tour Specialist to manage and grow our Group Tours business across Mumbai and Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of domestic and international group tours, robust destination expertise, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into successful bookings while delivering exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities : * Handle end-to-end sales of domestic and international group tour packages.* Attend and convert walk-in, telephonic, online, and referral inquiries into confirmed bookings.* Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable group tour packages.* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.* Conduct detailed tour presentations and explain itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, visa requirements, travel insurance, and payment schedules.* Coordinate with operations, ticketing, visa,



and documentation teams to ensure seamless tour execution.* Resolve customer concerns professionally before, during, and after travel.* Stay updated with global travel trends, destinations, airline policies, visa regulations, and competitor offerings.* Promote seasonal offers, special departures, and premium group tour products.* Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.* Participate in travel exhibitions, promotional events, seminars, and customer engagement activities whenever required.Required Qualifications :* Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.* Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.* Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.* Willingness to travel within Mumbai and Maharashtra for business development and customer meetings.
