due diligence and closureManaging relationships with investors and end-to-end investor communicationScouting and closure of opportunities for mergers and acquisitionsInvestments & portfolio managementStrategic business planningIdeal skills for this role include:2-6 years of relevant experience, candidates with experience in the renewable energy industry and experience in equity transactions are essential.Should have a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks governing Financial Instruments such as RBI NBFC Framework, and SEBI Regulations and ensure that all investment compliance regulations are metFull-time MBA in Finance from a tier 1 institution.Valuable inter-personal skillsAbility to work with cross-functional units.
