Oversee timely deduction, payment, reconciliation, and filing of TDS returns and related statutory compliances. Prepare annual financial statements for all group entities within prescribed timelines. Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
