This person will lead the aggressive scaling of their seed vertical across East, Central, and Southern Africa. This is a high-impact, P& L-ownership role where you will lead market entry strategies, manage key stakeholder relationships, and build high-performance teams to capture significant market share in a competitive landscape. Requirements include: Degree: Relevant Business/Commercial qualification (Agribusiness preferred). Experience: 5+ years' recent experience in seed industry Business Development. Location: Open to relocation to Africa (essential). Language: Fluent English (written & spoken).
