About the job

The Sales Manager will oversee daily showroom sales operations, including guiding customers through product selections, explaining diamond and gold certifications, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role involves managing sales targets, coordinating with management on pricing, and wholesale product sales. The Sales Manager will also handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain accurate sales records and reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the MSONS Gold And Diamonds store in Amritsar.

1. Experience in retail sales or showroom management, preferably in jewelry, luxury goods, or related sectors (preferred)

2. Robust customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to provide personalized recommendations.

3. Knowledge of diamond and gold basics (certification, quality parameters, product types)



or willingness to learn quickly (preferred)

4. Solid communication and interpersonal skills in spoken and written English and Hindi.

5. Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience considered (preferred)
