Key responsibilities:

1. Help customers choose outfits, keep the store looking great, and stay up to date on fashion trends.
2. Work closely and smoothly with coworkers to get daily store tasks done together.
3. Share clear updates between managers, staff, and customers to keep everyone informed and happy.
4. Lead by example on the sales floor, guide the team during shifts, and make sure daily targets are met.
5. Train, support, and schedule team members to help them succeed in their jobs.
6. Make sure the workplace is safe, healthy, and fair so that staff feel safe and well cared for.
