About the job

We are seeking a site supervisor to join our dynamic team at MyNivasa Designs & Constructions. If you have strong hands-on experience in construction site execution, workforce coordination, measurements, material management, and quality supervision, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day construction and interior execution activities at residential project sites
2. Interpret approved drawings and specifications and communicate execution requirements to workers
3. Coordinate designers, architects, project managers, vendors, contractors, and multiple trades at site
4. Monitor civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works for proper execution
5. Inspect workmanship and identify quality issues during site activities
6. Track project progress and ensure assigned activities remain within planned timelines
7. Verify dimensions and measurements before execution to maintain accuracy
8. Coordinate manpower and material requirements with vendors and project teams
9. Identify and resolve routine site execution issues to support smooth project progress
10. Minimize rework through proper coordination, inspection, and execution monitoring
11. Maintain daily site records and provide timely progress updates to the project team
12. Follow and enforce site safety and housekeeping practices at the project site
13. Ensure residential projects meet required workmanship, quality, and execution standards

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction, interior design, architecture, or a related field
2. Practical knowledge of residential construction and interior execution
3. Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil,



and interior drawings
4. Knowledge of construction materials, finishing materials, and site execution methods
5. Good understanding of site measurements and basic quantity calculations
6. Robust coordination and communication skills
7. Ability to manage workers and coordinate multiple contractors at site
8. Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
9. Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Bengaluru

6. Strong sense of responsibility for site quality, progress, and workmanship

7. Candidates who can join at the earliest or have a short notice period may be preferred
