Role Title: Assistant Director – Financial Planning & Analysis Reports to: Head Business Strategy Location: Delhi Key Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting (AOP), and long-term financial planning aligned with the university’s strategic goals, such as program expansion or planned investments Oversee management reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics (e.g., planned EBITDA, School level P&L; ) to support executive decision making by the CEO, CFO, Vice-Chancellor, and the board Analyse and monitor new and current capital expenditures as per approved CIPs and budget post discussion with functional heads. Develop and refine financial models for scenario planning, including enrolment projections, fee structures, and funding scenarios etc. Act as primary finance business partner to academic deans, operations, and senior leadership,
providing actionable insights on cost optimization and revenue diversification Mentor a high-performing FP&A; team, ensuring robust data analytics and tools like Excel or ERP systems for real-time decision support Required Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or MBA Finance from reputed institute, with 15 - 18 years of experience in FP&A;, including 5 years in leadership roles, ideally in education sector Expertise in financial modelling, advanced Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI); experience with higher education metrics Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, with robust communication for board-level presentations Incase interested please share your profile at
