About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and helping businesses grow.

This is a field sales role where you will connect with restaurant owners, café owners, hotel managers, and other hospitality businesses to introduce IMPERA’s services and generate business opportunities.

Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit restaurants, cafés, hotels, cloud kitchens, bakeries, and hospitality businesses.

• Introduce IMPERA’s business support services.

• Generate qualified leads and business opportunities.

• Schedule meetings with decision-makers.

• Understand client requirements and business challenges.

• Build long-term relationships with hospitality businesses.

• Follow up with potential clients regularly.

• Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity records.





• Coordinate with the management team for client requirements.

• Represent the company professionally during client meetings.

• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

• Collect market feedback and competitor insights.

• Identify new business opportunities within the HORECA industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Valuable communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.

• Basic English communication will be an added advantage.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Professional personality.

• Comfortable with field sales.

• Robust interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build trust with clients.

• Basic smartphone and internet knowledge.

• Must have a two-wheeler.

• Valid Driving Licence is preferred.
