About the Role

We are seeking energetic and certified Zumba Trainers to join our fitness team. This is a commission-based opportunity, perfect for trainers who thrive on flexibility and want to grow their client base while earning based on performance.

Responsibilities

- Lead fun and engaging Zumba sessions (group or individual)

- Motivate participants with music, dance, and fitness routines

- Ensure safe and effective workouts for all fitness levels

- Build solid client relationships to encourage repeat attendance

Requirements

- Certification in Zumba or group fitness (preferred)

- High energy, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills

- Ability to inspire and motivate participants

- Prior teaching or fitness experience is a plus

Compensation

- Commission-based pay: Trainers earn a percentage of the fees collected per class/session.

- The more sessions you conduct, the more you earn.
