About Brite Decking

Brite Decking is an Australian supplier of composite decking, external cladding, acoustic panels and related outdoor building products. Our business is strongly driven by digital lead generation, multi-state sales operations, e-commerce and cloud-based business systems. We use Zoho One as a core operating platform, together with Google

Workspace, Gemini, ChatGPT Business, Claude, RingCentral, Twilio, call-tracking tools, Shopify/WordPress and major digital advertising platforms.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on Zoho One & AI Engineer / Business Systems Specialist based in Chennai who can become a long-term technology partner to Brite. This is not a narrow developer role. The successful candidate should understand business processes, configure and improve Zoho applications, build automations and integrations, and help us progressively introduce AI into sales, marketing, customer service, operations and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day administration, optimisation and continuous improvement of the Brite Zoho One environment.

Enhance Zoho CRM lead, contact, deal/opportunity and activity management, including layouts, scoring,

assignment rules, workflows, Blueprints, dashboards and sales-agent productivity views.

Implement and improve Zoho applications such as CRM, Books, Inventory, SalesIQ, Campaigns/Marketing

Automation, Bookings, Analytics, Flow, Forms and Commerce where required.





¢ Build integrations between Zoho and external systems such as RingCentral, Twilio, call-tracking platforms,

Shopify/WordPress, Google Workspace and advertising platforms.

¢ Use Zoho APIs, webhooks, Deluge, Zoho Flow and other integration tools to automate repetitive business processes.

¢ Help establish AI-assisted workflows using ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini and Claude while keeping Zoho as the system of record.

¢ Create AI use cases for lead qualification, sales follow-up, call summaries, customer service, content generation,

reporting and management insights.

¢ Improve data quality, duplicate management, field governance, permissions, roles, profiles, sandbox testing and change control.

¢ Build management dashboards that connect marketing source -> lead -> opportunity -> sale -> revenue/gross profit.

¢ Document systems, workflows, SOPs and integrations and train Brite staff when changes are introduced.

¢ Strong hands-on experience with Zoho One, particularly Zoho CRM.

¢ Experience with Zoho Books and/or Inventory is highly desirable.

¢ Strong understanding of CRM workflows, lead management, sales pipelines and automation.

¢ Working knowledge of Deluge scripting, APIs, REST, webhooks and integration concepts.

¢ Experience with Zoho Flow or equivalent integration/automation platforms.

¢ Practical exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini and/or Claude.

¢ Ability to convert business requirements into practical system solutions.

¢ Good English communication and documentation skills.





¢ Comfort working remotely with an Australian management team and users across different locations.

Highly Desirable

¢ Experience integrating telephony, SMS or call-tracking systems with CRM.

¢ Experience with Shopify, WordPress or e-commerce workflows.

¢ Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics or marketing attribution data.

¢ Understanding of AI agents, retrieval/knowledge systems, prompt engineering and secure enterprise AI use.

¢ Experience supporting a sales-led SME or multi-location business.

Compensation

Indicative market range: INR 8-15 lakh per annum for a solid mid-level candidate, with flexibility for exceptional candidates who bring deeper Zoho architecture, integration and AI capability. Final compensation will depend on experience, technical depth, communication ability and the proposed employment/contract structure.
