Role Description The Youtube Growth Associate role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves planning and executing YouTube content strategies to drive subscriber growth, views, and engagement for Oliveboard’s channels. The associate will coordinate end-to-end video production, including scripting, scheduling shoots, and collaborating with faculty and internal teams to create exam-focused educational content.

Daily tasks include managing video uploads and metadata, optimizing thumbnails and titles, monitoring analytics, and implementing SEO best practices for YouTube.



The role also requires responding to audience trends, running experiments with content formats, and supporting promotional campaigns to strengthen Oliveboard’s brand presence on YouTube.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in YouTube channel management and platform-specific optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in video production and video editing for educational and marketing content.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills for scripting, coordination, and on-platform interaction.
- Candidates should possess marketing skills, particularly digital and content marketing aligned with audience growth goals.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple video projects and timelines.
- Experience in education, test prep, or edtech content creation is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
