Youth:ink is Chtrbox’s youth marketing arm, built to discover and empower India’s next generation of creators. We’re building a student-first creator community for young people who love content, culture and storytelling. Through brand campaigns, learning opportunities, campus experiences and creator-led opportunities, Youth:ink helps students build their skills, grow their profiles and get real-world industry exposure.

About the Role

We are hiring someone to build and own a city-level youth & creator ecosystem.

We’re looking for a City Head who can take ownership of building and growing the Youth:ink community in their city. Someone who understands the pulse of college campuses, knows how students think, loves building relationships and can turn ideas into on-ground action.

You will work closely with the Community Manager to Plan & execute the community strategy, campus ambassador programs, relationships with campuses, and student network.

This role offers the opportunity to grow with Youth:Ink as we scale the community across cities and take on greater ownership across community, creator and youth marketing initiatives.

What you will Own

1. Community Building & Engagement

- Build, nurture and grow the Youth:Ink community within the city.
- Growing the city's student community network.
- Building a solid pipeline of campus representatives and creators.
- Develop long-term strategies to activate, engage and retain community members.
- Plan and execute initiatives that encourage students to participate, create and collaborate.




- Understand student interests, behaviours and campus trends to keep the community relevant.
- Identify high-potential students who can become strong campus representatives.
- Track community engagement and identify opportunities to improve participation and retention.

2. Campus Partnerships & Networking

- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, student bodies, clubs, societies and faculty members.
- Identify relevant campuses and opportunities for Youth:Ink to build a presence.
- Understand college calendars, student cycles, fests, events and key campus moments.
- Develop strong relationships with campus faculties and decision-makers.
- Explore and build strategic campus partnerships for long-term community growth.

3. Offline Activations & Youth Marketing

- Brainstorm ideas for offline campus activations, branding opportunities and community initiatives.
- Develop and execute campus ambassador programmes and other offline briefs.
- Identify opportunities around college fests, workshops, events, meet-ups and campus activities.
- Understand and work within budgets for offline marketing and campus activations.
- Assist in planning costings, resource requirements and execution timelines.
- Coordinate execution of offline (on ground) & online campaigns and activations.




- Ensure brand presence is relevant, engaging and aligned with the campus environment.

4. Creator & Influencer Ecosystem

- Identify and build relationships with student creators and emerging campus talent.
- Understand the influencer marketing and student creator ecosystem.
- Identify relevant creators for community initiatives and campaigns.
- Build a strong pipeline of creators and potential community leaders within the city.

Who are we looking for

Someone who

- Understands and genuinely enjoys the Gen Z and college ecosystem.
- Has experience with college fests, student communities, campus marketing, events, youth marketing or similar ecosystems.
- Has strong communication and networking skills, with established connections across local colleges, student bodies
- Can confidently build relationships with students, faculty, campus leaders and external partners.
- Has an understanding of influencer marketing, creators and the evolving creator economy.
- Can lead and manage a network of student ambassadors.
- Is comfortable working on-ground across campuses.
- Can think creatively while keeping budgets, timelines and business objectives in mind.
- Is highly organised and comfortable multitasking.
- Is proactive in identifying opportunities rather than waiting for briefs.
- Can turn ideas into executable plans.
- Is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
