WorkForce Software Integration Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced WorkForce Software Integration Engineer to design, configure, develop, and maintain integrations between WorkForce Suite and enterprise business applications.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in integration development, data conversions, interface configuration, testing, and technical documentation. The candidate will work closely with project teams and clients to deliver integration solutions aligned with project requirements and Statements of Work (SOW).

Key Responsibilities

- Define, configure, and develop data conversions and interfaces to integrate WorkForce Suite with enterprise applications such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, ADP , and other business systems.
- Gather and analyze technical and business requirements for integration and data conversion projects.
- Design and develop integration solutions based on client requirements and defined Statements of Work.
- Follow structured processes for requirements gathering, technical documentation, coding, version control, testing, and quality assurance .
- Develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain interfaces between WorkForce Suite and external systems.
- Review and enhance existing interfaces to improve operational efficiency, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Modify existing integrations to accommodate new business requirements or changes in connected applications.
- Perform unit, system, and integration testing and support issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, interface specifications, configuration details, and revision history.
- Stay current with technical specifications, features, and capabilities of WorkForce Software products and related HCM applications .
- Collaborate closely with Project Teams to design and develop technical solutions and deliverables defined in client Statements of Work.
- Participate in technical discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions,



and informational meetings to improve team performance and delivery quality.
- Support deployment, implementation, and production activities as required.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolution in collaboration with internal and client teams.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with WorkForce Software / WorkForce Suite integrations.
- Strong experience in data conversion and interface development .
- Experience integrating WorkForce Suite with applications such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, ADP , or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts, data mapping, transformation, and validation.
- Experience with integration testing and quality assurance processes.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
- Experience with technical documentation and structured development processes.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within project teams and meet defined deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WorkForce Software implementation and integration projects.
- Knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and business processes.
- Experience working with enterprise HR, payroll, time & attendance, or workforce management systems.
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, file-based integrations, and data exchange mechanisms.
- Mandatory WorkForce Software certifications such as PT-101, PT-102 & PT-103 .
- Experience working in client-facing implementation environments.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent relevant technical experience may also be considered.
