As a Workday Learning - Senior Associate - Consult, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills in Workday Human Capital to address complex business challenges and drive impactful results. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context.

You will navigate complex situations, mentor junior team members, and uphold qualified standards to deliver quality work.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team within the Application Evolution Services - Workday sector. Responsibilities





- Analyzing complex business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Managing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) projects to support client transformation initiatives
- Collaborating with clients to understand their human resources needs and develop tailored solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and provide actionable insights for workforce planning
- Leading change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions during HR transformations
- Developing and implementing strategic human resource planning and talent management strategies
- Overseeing project budgeting and resource allocation to meet client objectives
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest Workday functionalities and industry trends
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration
- Mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to project success

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
