About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Workday Integration Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday integrations, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Workday integrations based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio.
- Work with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration technologies.
- Analyze integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop integration workflows, transformations, validations, error handling, and monitoring processes.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and provide root-cause analysis and timely resolution.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and support UAT activities.
- Collaborate with Workday functional teams, business users, and external vendors to deliver integration solutions.
- Support production integrations, monitor interfaces, and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Participate in Workday releases and assess the impact of new features on existing integrations.




- Prepare technical specifications, integration documentation, and support materials.
- Ensure integrations follow security, data-quality, performance, and enterprise integration standards.

Mandatory Skills

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Workday Integrations.
- Solid hands-on experience with Workday Studio – Mandatory.
- Good experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, and integration data transformations.
- Experience in integration troubleshooting, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Good understanding of Workday HCM and related business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Workday integration security and authentication mechanisms.
- Exposure to third-party/vendor integrations.
- Knowledge of integration monitoring and production support processes.
- Workday Integration certification is an added advantage.
