We're Hiring | Workday Implementation Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Workday Implementation Project Manager to lead a major Workday implementation and drive the project from planning through go-live, stabilization, and transition.

This is a 6–12 month fixed-term opportunity and a excellent fit for someone who is comfortable working across business, technology, vendors, implementation partners, and senior leadership.

Working Hours: 5:30/6:30 PM IST start | US Eastern Time Zone

Experience: 8–10 Years

Duration: 6–12 Months

Spanish language fluency: A strong plus

What you'll be responsible for:

- Own and manage the integrated Workday implementation plan
- Coordinate functional, technical, data, integrations, testing, payroll, training, security and change-management workstreams
- Establish strong project governance, reporting and accountability
- Manage Workday, implementation partners and third-party vendors
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions and action items
- Manage scope, change control, budget and resource planning
- Coordinate requirements, configuration, data conversion, integrations and testing
- Ensure UAT, payroll parallel testing, training and business readiness are properly planned
- Lead go-live readiness, cutover, command-center and stabilization activities
- Provide clear project updates to sponsors and senior leadership
- Identify gaps and risks early and drive teams toward resolution
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer,



documentation and transition to the support organization

What we're looking for:

✅ 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience

✅ Experience managing at least one full Workday implementation or a comparable enterprise cloud implementation

✅ Strong experience managing multiple functional and technical workstreams

✅ Experience with data migration/conversion, integrations, testing, payroll and organizational readiness

✅ Strong project governance, risk/issue management and change-control experience

✅ Experience managing implementation partners, consultants and vendors

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

✅ Strong ability to challenge plans, identify gaps and drive accountability

✅ Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

Spanish fluency is a plus, particularly for US-based candidates.
