Role: Workday HCM Technical Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Technical Consultant with 4 6 years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations, reporting, and technical configuration. The candidate should have solid expertise in developing, supporting, and troubleshooting Workday HCM integrations and reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Workday Reports, including advanced and custom reports.
- Design, develop, and support EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) inbound and outbound integrations.
- Develop and maintain Core Connector Outbound integrations.
- Work on Workday Payroll integrations and related interfaces.
- Develop and support Benefits Connector Outbound integrations.
- Build complex integrations using Workday Studio.
- Develop and troubleshoot integrations using XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, JSON, and APIs.
- Understand and work with Workday business processes, security, and integration security policies.
- Perform integration testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.




- Analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and support integration-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.
