As a Workday Functional Payroll - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency for clients by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on Workday Human Capital Management applications, enabling clients to enhance their human resources processes and achieve strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client connections and navigate complex situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity. Responsibilities Analyzing client requirements to implement Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications
Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management strategies
Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
Managing and inspiring junior team members to deliver quality work and grow their skills
Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client connections and anticipate their needs
Applying business process improvement techniques to enhance operational efficiency
Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct
Leveraging project management skills to oversee the deployment of Workday solutions
Engaging in strategic human resource planning to support clients in achieving their objectives What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Talent Management
Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data for insights and recommendations
Excelling in business process improvement and change management strategies
Navigating complex situations with strategic human resource planning
Building meaningful client connections through effective communication and teamwork
