Job Title: Workday Learning Consultant (Contract)

Location: India or Singapore

Employment Type: Contract (6 months, extendable by another 6 months)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Workday Learning Consultants to support a global Workday Learning implementation initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting the Workday Learning module while collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and implement Workday Learning solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
- Configure learning content, learning campaigns, certifications, learning security, and business processes.
- Perform end-to-end implementation,



testing, UAT, and production support.
- Configure security roles and permissions related to Workday Learning.
- Create reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and EIBs.
- Support data migration activities and system integrations where required.
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.
- Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- Workday Pro Certification (Preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Learning .
- Experience with end-to-end Workday implementations.
- Knowledge of:
- Workday Learning
- Workday Security
- Business Process Configuration
- EIBs
- Reporting & Calculated Fields
- UAT & Testing
- Data Migration
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a global setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting multinational organizations.
- Additional exposure to Workday HCM or Security modules.
- Experience with integrations and Workday releases.
