As a Workday Compensation - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management through the implementation of Workday Human Capital Management applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will analyze client requirements, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. This role requires you to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use critical thinking to break down complex concepts.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management strategies
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
- Managing project budgeting and timelines to deliver client solutions efficiently
- Applying business process improvement techniques to enhance operational efficiency
- Engaging in business analysis to identify opportunities for human resources transformation
- Supporting change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions in organizational processes
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client connections to anticipate and address their needs
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
- Utilizing Workday HCM and Workday Talent Management for client solutions
