Can You Build a Website and Make It Beautiful? We're Hiring

Spectra Hospitality Services is looking for a rare all-rounder who can both build websites and design beautifully — someone who can take a hospitality brand from a blank page to a live, polished website, and keep its visual identity sharp across every touchpoint.

This is a hybrid role for someone who genuinely does both, not one with a bit of the other on the side.

What you'll do:

- Build, customise, and maintain WordPress websites end-to-end for our hospitality brands and the properties we work with
- Design landing pages, social media creatives, brand collateral, and marketing assets
- Keep sites quick, responsive, and mobile-friendly, and visuals consistent across brands
- Handle plugins, basic SEO setup, and site health
- Work closely with our marketing team to turn briefs into finished work

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience across both WordPress development and graphic design




- Strong command of WordPress, page builders (Elementor/similar), HTML & CSS
- Confident with design tools (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva)
- A strong eye for layout, typography, and colour
- Someone who works independently, owns their deliverables, and meets deadlines
