We are looking for a Junior Merchandiser to support product planning, inventory coordination, and vendor management to ensure smooth business operations.

Role Summary The WhatsApp Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer conversations through WhatsApp Business, understanding customer requirements, recommending products, driving sales conversions, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp Business in a timely and skilled manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabrics.
- Share product images, videos, pricing, availability, and promotional offers.
- Convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the store, warehouse, and dispatch teams for order fulfillment.
- Ensure accurate order processing and payment coordination.




- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on new collections, seasonal launches, and promotions.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of WhatsApp Business features.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Retail Sales, or WhatsApp Sales.
- Experience in fashion, textiles, retail, or luxury products is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
