About the Company The Koerber PAS-X MES L2/L3 Application Support Analysts will provide day-to-day operational support for the PAS-X MES SaaS platform supporting client manufacturing sites. Ensures time-zone coverage, operational resilience, and effective coordination with site operations, IT, QA, and vendors within a regulated (GxP) environment.

About the Role

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills MES, PAS-X, Manufacturing Execution System.

Responsibilities

- L2/L3 Application Support
- Provide L2/L3 support for PAS-X MES across manufacturing sites
- Act as first point of contact for MES incidents, alarms, and service requests
- Perform incident triage, analysis, resolution, or escalation within agreed SLAs
- Incident & Problem Management
- Log, manage, and resolve incidents using Pulse, Support deviation, investigation, and root cause analysis activities where required
- Coordinate with PAS-X vendor (L3) for product-level or complex issues
- Maintain complete, accurate, and auditable ticket records
- Change, Release & Upgrade Support
- Support PAS-X releases, patches, and upgrades under client change governance
- Perform impact assessments and support validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ as applicable)
- Support regression testing, cutover, and post-release hypercare
- Manufacturing & MES Operations Support
- Support shop-floor operations including EBR execution, weighing, dispensing, and packaging workflows
- Support integration points with SAP and Historian related systems
- Assist sites during critical manufacturing windows where required




- GxP & Compliance Support
- Operate in compliance with GxP, data integrity, and validation requirements
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews as required
- Ensure all incidents and changes are documented for audit readiness
- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Act as operational interface between manufacturing sites, IT, QA, and PAS-X vendor
- Provide regular status updates and participate in operational and governance calls
- Knowledge Management
- Maintain MES support documentation, runbooks, and known error records
- Support knowledge transfer and stabilization activities across regions

Qualifications

- Essential
- 5–10 years of experience supporting MES platforms (KOERBER PAS-X preferred)
- Hands-on experience with PAS-X MES in regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of EBR, shop-floor processes, and MES integrations
- Experience supporting SaaS / platform-based MES solutions
- Strong understanding of ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management
- Experience working with manufacturing sites and QA teams

Required Skills

- Desirable
- Experience in pharma or life sciences manufacturing
- Exposure to SAP, Historian, LIMS, and automation systems
- Experience supporting PAS-X packaging and process lines
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
