Devanshu Lad Charitable Foundation, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is a social impact organization established to honor the memory of Devanshu Lad (2014–2025) through compassionate and meaningful community service.

The Foundation focuses on education support for underprivileged children, medical assistance, food distribution, child welfare, emergency support, and other community development initiatives. Our mission is to transform grief into giving and memories into meaningful social impact.

We are looking for a motivated and socially responsible CSR Executive to help us build partnerships with corporates, CSR foundations, donors, and other stakeholders to expand our social-impact programs.

The CSR Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing CSR opportunities, building relationships with companies and donors, preparing CSR proposals, coordinating projects, and supporting the Foundation in securing sustainable CSR partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential corporate companies, CSR foundations, and funding partners.
- Research companies and their CSR priorities to identify suitable partnership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with CSR Heads, HR teams, corporate representatives, foundations, and potential donors.
- Prepare professional CSR proposals, concept notes, project reports, budgets, presentations, and funding requests.
- Coordinate meetings and presentations with prospective CSR partners.
- Follow up on CSR proposals, partnership discussions, and funding opportunities.
- Assist in developing CSR projects in areas such as:
- Education & Child Welfare
- Medical Assistance
- Food Distribution




- Emergency & Ambulance Support
- Community Development
- Rural Development
- Environmental & Social Initiatives
- Coordinate with the Foundation's program team to ensure proper implementation and documentation of CSR projects.
- Maintain records of CSR prospects, proposals, meetings, commitments, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing impact reports, utilization reports, photographs, beneficiary data, and other documentation required by CSR partners.
- Support donor communication and relationship management.
- Participate in CSR meetings, networking events, conferences, and community outreach activities.
- Help strengthen the Foundation's CSR network and long-term corporate partnerships.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Management, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and basic documentation.
- Ability to prepare professional proposals, reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Strong research and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of CSR, NGO partnerships, fundraising, or social-impact projects is preferred.
- Prior experience in CSR,



fundraising, NGO management, business development, corporate relations, or social-sector work will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in social impact may also apply.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for corporate meetings, NGO activities, events, and project visits.
