About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and professional Western Therapist cum Hair Therapist to join our wellness team. The candidate should have practical knowledge of Western body therapies and basic hair care/treatment services. The role involves providing quality wellness services, maintaining excellent client experience, and recommending suitable treatments and packages.

Key ResponsibilitiesWestern Therapy & Wellness

- Provide professional Western massage and wellness therapies as per client requirements.
- Conduct basic client consultations and recommend suitable therapies.
- Maintain client comfort, privacy, hygiene, and skilled standards.
- Explain treatment procedures and provide appropriate after-care guidance.
- Maintain treatment records and collect client feedback.
- Recommend suitable wellness treatments and packages.

Western Therapy Techniques Knowledge or practical experience in the following will be preferred:

- Swedish Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Aromatherapy Massage
- Hot Stone Massage
- Sports Massage
- Balinese Massage
- Thai Massage
- Lomi Lomi Massage
- Reflexology
- Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage
- Back & Body Relaxation Therapy
- Body Scrub & Body Polish
- Stretching & Relaxation Therapy

Hair Therapy & Hair Care The candidate should preferably have knowledge of basic hair care and hair treatment services, including:

- Hair & Scalp Consultation
- Scalp Cleansing & Detox
- Hair Spa
- Scalp Massage
- Hair Conditioning Treatments
- Hair Repair & Nourishment Treatments
- Anti-Dandruff Scalp Treatments
- Hair Fall Care Treatments




- Basic Hair & Scalp Hygiene Procedures
- Knowledge of professional hair care products and their application

Additional Advantage: Candidates with experience in hair spa, scalp treatments, hair styling, blow-dry, basic hair cutting, or other salon hair services will be preferred. Required Qualifications & Skills

- Certification/Diploma in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Wellness Therapy, Hair Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a premium spa, wellness centre, salon, hotel, or wellness clinic.
- Good practical knowledge of Western massage and body therapy techniques.
- Basic knowledge of hair care and scalp treatments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent client-handling and customer-service skills.
- Good personal hygiene and professional grooming.
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable treatments.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in a premium wellness, aesthetic, or salon environment.
- Knowledge of multiple Western massage techniques.
- Practical experience in hair spa and scalp treatments.
- Experience in client consultation and treatment recommendation.
- Sales and wellness package-promotion skills will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions
- Working Hours: 9-hour shift
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Weekly Off: As per company roster
- The candidate must follow all clinic SOPs, hygiene standards, safety protocols, and professional conduct guidelines.
