Role Description The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the Loopin Global property in Dharamshala And Udaipur ensuring a smooth, efficient, and guest-focused experience. This full-time, on-site role includes managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance, and monitoring facility standards and safety.

The role involves supervising on-site staff, addressing guest inquiries and issues promptly, and implementing processes to improve service and operational efficiency.

The Property

Manager will track occupancy and revenue metrics, support local marketing and community engagement initiatives, and work closely with the central team to maintain brand standards and contribute to continuous improvement.

Role & Responsibilities

Property Operations

•⁠ ⁠Take complete ownership of day-to-day property operations.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and overall property condition.

•⁠ ⁠Manage check-ins,



check-outs, guest queries and early arrivals.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor housekeeping schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct regular checks of rooms, dorms, washrooms and common areas.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure property resources are properly utilised.

Guest Experience

•⁠ ⁠Be the primary point of contact for guests at the property.

•⁠ ⁠Handle guest concerns and operational issues professionally.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain guest confidentiality at all times.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure house rules are consistently followed.

•⁠ ⁠Work towards maintaining and improving the property's online reputation and guest reviews.

Inventory & Asset Management

•⁠ ⁠Maintain daily inventory records and monitor stock levels.

•⁠ ⁠Identify replenishment requirements in advance.

•⁠ ⁠Track operational assets and report any damage or breakage.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor laundry usage, stock and daily movement.

•⁠ ⁠Follow the required approval process for local and central purchases.

Team & House Management

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with housekeeping and other on-ground staff.

•⁠ ⁠Optimise housekeeping schedules and daily task allocation.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor common areas, backyard arrangements and events.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure staff maintain professional standards of grooming and guest interaction.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the Operations Manager when away from the property.
