MBBS Abroad Counsellor | Janakpuri, New Delhi

PSP Education, established in 1992 , is looking for an experienced MBBS Abroad Counsellor to join our team in Janakpuri, New Delhi, India .

As an MBBS Abroad Counsellor, you will guide students and parents through the complete admission journey—from understanding their requirements and identifying suitable options to supporting them throughout the application and admission process.

Success in this role means providing accurate and transparent counselling, building trust with students and parents, maintaining timely follow-ups, and helping eligible students make informed decisions about their medical education.

Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS abroad opportunities, universities, eligibility, admission procedures, and requirements
- Understand each student's academic profile, preferences, and goals to recommend suitable options
- Explain the complete MBBS abroad admission process clearly and accurately
- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, online channels, and face-to-face counselling
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents
- Assist students throughout the application and admission process
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, counselling sessions, applications, and follow-ups
- Stay updated on universities,



admission requirements, regulations, and developments related to MBBS abroad
- Coordinate with the admissions and support teams to ensure a smooth student experience
- Contribute towards admission goals while maintaining ethical and student-focused counselling practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant counselling experience , preferably in MBBS abroad, study abroad, or overseas education

• Solid knowledge of the MBBS abroad admissions process

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with students and parents
- Strong counselling, interpersonal, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Organized, responsible, confident, and result-oriented approach

• Comfortable working full-time and on-site in Janakpuri, New Delhi
