Our in-house technology platform helps organizations manage employee benefits, streamline insurance processes, and make data-driven decisions through automation and analytics.

What You'll Do

Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using Laravel.

Design and optimize MySQL databases for scalable applications.

Build and consume REST APIs.

Work across both backend and frontend to deliver complete features.

Convert UI/UX designs into responsive Blade templates.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.

Deploy applications and support production environments when required.

Collaborate with product, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of hands-on experience with Laravel.

Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and Git.

Experience with Laravel packages such as Livewire.





Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and MVC architecture.

Ability to design scalable databases and write clean, maintainable code.

Experience building and integrating REST APIs.

Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of assigned tasks, and delivering with minimal supervision.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Basic exposure to Vue.js or React is a plus.

Familiarity with DigitalOcean or AWS is an added advantage.

Bonus Skills

Experience working in the Insurance domain.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2–5 years of relevant Laravel development experience.

Strong understanding of software development best practices.

Work Schedule

Work Location: Gurugram (In-Office)

Working Days: Monday to Friday, plus the 2nd and last Saturday of every month (all other Saturdays are off).
