Core Responsibilities

- Lead Management & Conversion: Actively identify prospects and respond to wedding inquiries promptly. You are responsible for the entire sales funnel—from lead generation and site walkthroughs to final conversion.
- Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with clients, wedding planners, and external vendors to finalize details such as décor, catering, and entertainment.
- Custom Proposals: Prepare tailored event proposals and quotations that align with client budgets and preferences.
- Strategic Positioning: the goal is to position the resort as a top-tier destination for bespoke weddings and retreats.
- Accurate Handover: Ensure a seamless transition from the sales stage to the reservations and banquet teams,



providing 100% accurate details on rates, room types, and payment terms.

Key Requirements
- Experience: requires 1–5 years of experience in sales,
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential for closing deals and managing complex client requirements.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by event schedules
