Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Web Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize the company’s websites and web-based applications. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of front-end and back-end development and be able to work independently as well as with the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and update company websites and web applications.
- Create responsive and user-friendly web pages for desktop and mobile devices.
- Convert UI designs into functional web pages.
- Develop and maintain front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks.
- Develop and manage back-end functionality and APIs.
- Work with databases and ensure proper data management.
- Integrate third-party APIs and web services when required.
- Fix website bugs, errors, and performance issues.
- Optimize websites for speed, security, SEO, and responsiveness.
- Maintain website content, forms, dashboards, and other web functionalities.
- Perform testing and debugging before deployment.
- Manage website hosting, domains, SSL, backups, and basic server-related activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of development work and changes.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Sales, Production, and Management for internal web-based requirements.
- Develop internal tools, dashboards, employee portals, and other business applications as required.
- Ensure website and application security and protect company data.




- Provide technical support for existing web applications.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Knowledge of React.js / Angular / Vue.js is an advantage.
- Knowledge of PHP / Node.js / Python or any relevant backend technology.
- Good understanding of MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party API integration.
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub.
- Understanding of responsive web design.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization.
- Knowledge of website hosting, domains, SSL, and deployment.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field.
- Relevant practical experience or a solid portfolio of web development projects will be considered.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidate
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.

Pay: ₹10,196.39 - ₹46,050.38 per month
