About the Role

We're looking for a Website Development Executive who is passionate about building high-performing, user-friendly websites. You'll work closely with designers, content creators, and digital marketers to develop, maintain, and optimize websites that deliver seamless user experiences and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Website Development & Maintenance

· Develop and maintain responsive websites using WordPress and other CMS platforms.

· Convert UI/UX designs into functional, mobile-friendly web pages.

· Ensure websites are optimized for speed, security, and performance.

· Troubleshoot website issues and implement timely fixes.

· Project Execution

· Collaborate with designers, content writers, and account managers to deliver projects on time.

· Assist in website updates, landing pages, blogs, and feature enhancements.

· Ensure websites are tested across browsers and devices before deployment.

· Maintain project timelines and communicate progress proactively.

· Performance & Optimization

· Implement basic on-page SEO best practices.





· Optimize website loading speed and Core Web Vitals.

· Monitor website performance and suggest improvements for better user experience.

· Internal Collaboration

· Coordinate with the digital marketing team for campaign landing pages and integrations.

· Maintain proper documentation of website credentials, plugins, backups, and project updates.

· Support ongoing maintenance and client website requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

· 1–2 years of experience in website development, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

· Positive knowledge of Word Press, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.

· Basic understanding of PHP and website hosting environments is a plus.

· Familiarity with website builders like Elementor.

· Knowledge of website optimization and basic SEO principles.

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
