Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Dehradun.

The Web

Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing responsive websites that align with client branding and performance goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing front-end user interfaces, implementing back-end functionality, integrating APIs, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and content creators to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions,



while adhering to best practices in security, performance, and SEO-friendly development.

The Web

Developer will also troubleshoot issues, perform regular updates, and contribute to continuous improvement of the agency’s web development standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Web Development and Programming, with experience building and deploying production-ready websites.
- Proficiency in Front-End Development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and Web Design principles for creating intuitive user interfaces.
- Experience in Back-End Web Development (e.g., server-side languages, databases, APIs) to support dynamic, secure, and scalable applications.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business and design requirements into technical implementations.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, website performance optimization, and responsive design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and common development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a quick-paced agency environment.
