Summary

As a Web Developer, your typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of the site. You will also be responsible for editing and updating site content to ensure it remains current and relevant. Additionally, you will document technical designs and specifications in detail, while continuously researching new content and technologies to enhance the website s functionality and user experience.

This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining and improving web applications to meet evolving project needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for web applications.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all development activities and updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor web application performance and implement improvements as needed.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
- Experience with front-end and back-end web technologies to build responsive and efficient applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.




- Good communication skills to effectively document and share technical information.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
