✅ Key Requirements

- AIFF or AFC Coaching License.
- Experience coaching at grassroots, academy, or club level.
- Strong understanding of player development principles.
- Passion for mentoring young footballers.
- Excellent communication and team management skills

Responsibilities

- Conduct structured football coaching sessions.
- Develop and mentor young football talent.
- Implement modern coaching methodologies.
- Support academy competitions and player development programs.
- Foster discipline, teamwork, and high-performance standards.
