Role Description This is a full time, on-site Water Treatment Operator role based in Noida.

The Water Treatment

Operator will monitor and control plant equipment and processes to ensure effective water and wastewater treatment, including routine inspection of pumps, valves, meters, and control panels. Daily tasks include sampling and testing water quality parameters, recording operational data, adjusting chemical dosing and process settings, and responding to alarms or abnormal plant conditions. The role involves performing basic maintenance, coordinating with technical staff during breakdowns, and following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.





The operator will also assist in maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement of plant performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Plant Operations and Process Control to manage daily treatment activities and equipment performance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Water Treatment to handle filtration, disinfection, and chemical dosing processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Wastewater Treatment to operate clarifiers, aeration systems, and sludge handling units.
- Candidates should possess skills in Pump Stations to monitor, operate, and troubleshoot pumping systems and related controls.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of water quality standards, safety practices, and environmental regulations is beneficial.
- Ability to work in shifts, maintain accurate records, and follow detailed procedures is required.
- Prior experience in industrial or municipal water/wastewater treatment operations will be an advantage.
