Role Description:

The Warehousing Business Development & Transactions role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and developing warehousing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and supporting end-to-end transaction processes for industrial and logistics properties. The role includes coordinating site visits, gathering operational requirements, and aligning warehouse solutions with client needs and market conditions.

Daily responsibilities also involve working closely with internal teams and external partners to manage documentation, timelines, and negotiations,



ensuring smooth execution of leasing or sales transactions. The professional in this role will actively track market trends, maintain updated records of warehouse assets, and contribute to business development strategies for the warehousing segment.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to manage incoming and outgoing goods within warehousing operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Packing and Unloading to ensure secure handling, preparation, and movement of inventory.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control to track stock levels, maintain accuracy, and support operational planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in operating a Pallet Jack to handle materials efficiently and safely in warehouse environments.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or industrial real estate operations is highly beneficial.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and client relationship management skills are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and manage documentation and timelines effectively.
- Good communication and analytical skills; proficiency with basic computer applications and reporting tools.
- A relevant degree or diploma in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is advantageous.
