We are looking for a dedicated Warehousing & Packaging Executive to join our team and help ensure smooth operations and top-notch packaging processes aligned with our company values of quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction

Job Overview:

The Warehousing & Packaging Executive will be responsible for managing warehousing and packaging operations to ensure efficient product storage, handling, and packaging

This role will involve maintaining stock levels, ensuring packaging accuracy, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support seamless product distribution The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and have experience in warehousing and packaging operations

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehousing activities, including the receiving, storage, and organization of raw materials and finished goods

Ensure that all products are properly packaged in accordance with quality and compliance standards

Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports using internal systems

Work closely with the production team to ensure timely packaging and dispatch of products

Coordinate with logistics teams to manage product deliveries and shipments

Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies or shortages

Manage the labeling, batch coding, and packaging design as per customer specifications

Ensure all packaging meets regulatory and quality control requirements

Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to maintain hygiene and safety standards in the warehousing area

Continuously improve packaging processes to optimize cost, quality,



and efficiency

Hard Skills:

Strong knowledge of warehousing and packaging processes in a manufacturing environment

Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software

Understanding of packaging materials, processes, and safety standards

Ability to read and interpret product packaging and labeling regulations

Familiarity with health and safety standards for warehousing and packaging

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality control

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication skills for liaising with different departments

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments

Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Key Skills:

Education:

Any Bachelor s degree

Preferred Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehousing and packaging, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, or oral care manufacturing industry

Experience working with a team in a fast-paced production environment
