We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee our godown operations, manage inventory flow, lead ground staff, and ensure smooth coordination between the warehouse, showroom, and online sales teams.

Role Summary The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for end-to-end godown operations inward and outward stock movement, inventory accuracy, team supervision, and reporting. This role requires strong organizational ability, hands-on leadership, and close coordination with purchase, sales, and management teams to keep stock flow efficient and error-free.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily inward and outward movement of stock at the warehouse.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff, including rack operations, dispatch, and quality-check teams.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure regular stock verification/audits.
- Manage order fulfillment, dispatch schedules, and timely delivery coordination.
- Oversee return of goods and ensure proper documentation and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and stock update sheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for management review.
- Coordinate with purchase and merchandising teams on stock replenishment and top-ups.
- Ensure proper rack organization, labeling, and storage practices for easy stock retrieval.
- Monitor gate pass creation, courier coordination,



and vendor/customer dispatch documentation.
- Ensure warehouse safety, security, and housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with Directors and other warehouse managers/locations on stock transfers and planning.
- Train and guide warehouse staff on processes, systems, and best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- Valuable understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets); ERP/inventory software knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and motivate ground staff.
- Good coordination and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred); a degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management is a plus.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics, preferably in textiles, retail, or FMCG.
- Prior experience managing a team of ground/warehouse staff is required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
