Position Overview:

The Warehouse Manager will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations in compliance with company standards and industry regulations

This individual will play a key role in inventory accuracy, team leadership, and process optimization to support seamless production and delivery operations

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, inventory management, and dispatching of raw materials and finished goods

Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and traceability

Ensure timely fulfillment of internal and external orders in alignment with production schedules

Lead and manage warehouse staff, including training, performance evaluation, and safety enforcement

Monitor and ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety protocols, and industry regulations

Collaborate with production, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure operational efficiency

Continuously improve warehouse layouts, material handling, and logistics processes





Prepare and analyze inventory and operations reports to identify trends and areas for improvement

Hard Skills:

Proficient in inventory management software (eg ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Zoho)

Strong understanding of GMP, ISO standards, and warehouse safety protocols

Ability to interpret and manage logistics data and inventory reports

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Effective communication and collaboration across departments

Education:

Any Bachelor s degree

Preferred Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of warehouse or supply chain management experience, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries

Proven experience in managing warehouse teams and driving operational improvements
