Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Warehouse Junior Officer to support day-to-day warehouse operations. The candidate will assist with receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, dispatch, and maintaining accurate warehouse records.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in receiving and checking incoming materials/goods .
- Verify quantities, item codes, and physical condition of materials.
- Support proper storage and bin/location management .
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation .
- Assist with GRN, material issue, transfer, and dispatch activities .
- Conduct regular stock counting and physical inventory verification .
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO and warehouse safety procedures where applicable.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S standards in the warehouse.
- Assist in identifying stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excess inventory.
- Update warehouse transactions in ERP/SAP/WMS or Excel .
- Follow company SOPs,



safety rules, and security procedures.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma; Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related qualification preferred.
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations .
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse workplace and in shifts if required.
- Physically fit and willing to learn warehouse processes.
