Job Overview The Warehouse Executive will oversee inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical warehousing

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate stock records (raw materials, packaging, finished goods) using ERP/WMS systems

Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to prevent discrepancies

Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) for perishable/cosmetic ingredients

Warehouse Operations:

Supervise loading/unloading, storage, and dispatch of goods

Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, or other regulatory standards (if applicable)

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment (OSHA/company safety protocols)

Logistics Coordination:

Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for timely inbound/outbound logistics

Prepare shipping documents (packing lists, invoices, delivery challans)

Process Improvement:





Identify inefficiencies and suggest automation/process enhancements

Assist in implementing lean warehouse practices

Qualifications & Skills

Hard Skills:

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning

Understanding of cosmetic/skincare raw material storage requirements (temperature-sensitive, batch tracking)

Soft Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Key Skills:

Store management, Raw Material, Packaging Material, Inventory, Stock Handling

Education:

Any Bachelor s degree

Preferred Experience:

3+ years in warehouse/logistics, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or oral care manufacturing

Experience with GMP/ISO-compliant warehouses is a plus
